　　包卫东，男，1970 年 11 月生，甘肃省武山县人，中共党员，毕业于东北林业大学，大学文化，农学学士，现为甘肃省小陇山林业实验局林业正高级工程师，国家一级书法师，世界青年文明论坛书画创作委员会委员，中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会委员，天水市书法家协会会员，中华诗词学会会员，中国楹联学会会员，中国野生动物保护协会会员，中国林学会会员，东坡书法研究院理事、曲阜画院常务理事。

　　包卫东学术成果中荣获部级二等奖一项，被国际学术论文集收录论文多篇。业余爱好武术、文学创作、书法和音乐。文学作品发表于《世界华人奥运献辞》、《红色记忆》、《中外哲理名言》、《人生铭言》、《感动人生-全国优秀人才岁月档案》等书刊。代表作《白蛇新传》，2000 多字的长篇叙事诗，记述了白娘子从天水出生，峨眉求学，杭州游历、被情所困、塔下悔过、出塔求道，南海得道、救济苍生的故事。笔名月光，号彩虹轩主，五体皆能，主攻篆书、草书。从太极拳、二胡音乐、伏羲八卦及山水、草木、动了 2021 年庆祝建党百年大型电视晚会书法艺术表演，书法作品入选“百年历程——首届国礼邮品文创高峰会暨精品书画展”，在北京民族文化宫展出;以庆祝建党 100 周年为主题的个人书法作品邮册于 2021 年出版发行;有 10 幅作品入选迎 2022 北京冬奥会瓷板画题材;并与中国书法家协会主席孙晓云先生出版了北京冬奥绝版台历，由中央电视台和北京冬奥会组会联合监制，本人有 20 多幅书法精品入选。书法作品《为国争光》在 2022 年“贺新春·迎两会”优秀艺术作品评选活动中入选，并被“贺新春迎两会组委会”授予“最具收藏价值奖”。书法作品先后被天水市麦积区档案馆、武山县档案馆、武山县红军长征强渡渭河纪念馆、两当革命纪念馆、南梁革命纪念馆、五台山寺院、甘肃省企业书法家协会、中国工农红军西路军纪念馆、国家博物馆、中央电视台、北京民族文化宫、中国工程院某院士等单位(或个人)收藏。个人获得的荣誉有“收藏天下全国数字电视频道学术指导与特邀艺术家”、“庆祝建党一百周年功勋艺术家”、“最有影响力艺术家”、“国礼邮品艺术家”、中国传统文化“篆书(书法)”艺术代表性传承人、“情系冬奥·翰墨相传——艺术代表人物”、“2022 年北京冬季奥林匹克运动会艺术大使”、“人民艺术家”等。个人信息被录入文化和旅游部人才中心人才资源库，业绩入编《中国当代思想经典》、《中国成功人物大辞典》、《共和国建设者》、《中华英才》等典籍中。

　　Bao Weidong, male, born in November 1970 in Wushan County,Gansu Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China.He graduated from Northeast Forestry University with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and University Culture.Currently, he is a senior forestry engineer at the Xiaolongshan Forestry Experimental Bureau in Gansu Province, a national first-class calligrapher, a member of the Calligraphy andPainting Creation Committee of the World Youth Civilization Forum, a member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Culture Research Association, a member of the Tianshui Calligraphers Association, and a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, Member of the Chinese Couplet Society, member of the Chinese Wildlife Conservation Association, member of the Chinese Forestry Society, director of the Dongpo Calligraphy Research Institute, and executive director of the Qufu Painting Academy.

　　Bao Weidong won one second prize at the ministerial level in his academic achievements and has been included in multiple international academic papers. Hobbies include martial arts,literary creation, calligraphy, and music. Literary works have been published in books and magazines such as "World Chinese Olympic Tribute", "Red Memory", "Chinese and Foreign Philosophical quotes", "Life Inscriptions", and "Touching Life- National Excellent Talent Years Archives". The representative work "The New Legend of the White Snake" is a long narrative poem of over 2000 words, which tells the story of Bai Niangzi, who was born in Tianshui, studied in Emei,traveled to Hangzhou, was trapped by emotions, repented under the tower, went out to seek enlightenment, and gainedenlightenment in the South China Sea, helping the people. My pen name is Moonlight, and I am also known as the Master of Rainbow Pavilion. I am proficient in all five types of calligraphy, specializing in seal script and cursive script.From Tai Chi, erhu music, Fuxi Bagua and landscape, plants and trees, to the calligraphy art performance of the 2021 celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the calligraphy works were selected for the "Centennial Journey - First National Gift Postal Products Cultural and Creative Summit and Fine Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" and exhibited at the Beijing Ethnic Culture Palace; A personal calligraphy album with the theme of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China was published and distributed in 2021;10 works have been selected as porcelain paintings for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics; And together with Mr. Sun Xiaoyun,Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, I published the Beijing Winter Olympics out of print calendar, which is jointly produced by CCTV and the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee. I have selected more than 20 calligraphy masterpieces. The calligraphy work "Bringing glory to the country" was selected in the 2022 "Celebrating the Chinese NewYear and Welcoming the Two Sessions" Excellent Art Works Selection Activity and was awarded the "Most Collectible Value Award" by the "Celebrating the Chinese New Year and Welcoming the Two Sessions Organizing Committee".
